Congratulations Liam Goligher and Tenth Presbyterian Church

Rick Phillips

By now most of our readers will have heard that our own fellow-blogger here at Ref21, Laim Goligher, has received and accepted a call to the pulpit of Tenth Presbyterian Church.  As part of the extended Tenth community, I am simply delighted and grateful to God for this outstanding choice.  Information about Liam and the Tenth pulpit selection is available here.  Tenth Presbyterian Church has played such an important role in the Reformed community here in the US and around the world, so please join me in prayers of thanks and supplications for God's blessing on the Golighers and on Tenth Church.

Pastoral searches are difficult and somewhat dangerous, and I praise the Lord for providing such a worthy successor to Barnhouse, Boice, DeGangi, and Ryken at Tenth.  May God bless the Golighers as they make the move "over the pond" and may God bless Tenth Church with continued years of faithfulness and power in the preaching of God's Word.  And to my many personal friends on the Tenth Session and pastoral selection committee, allow me to say, "Well, done, mates!"
