Chongshin Seminary, Part 1

I have only recently returned from a week-long trip to Chongshin Seminary in South Korea.  Incidentally, I regret my sudden and unannounced disappearance from the blog -- it is almost as hard to get away as it is to return.  Anyway, this week I hope to share a few impressions of my visit to one of the world's largest Presbyterian seminaries -- maybe the largest.

For starters, let me say that I have long had the desire to visit Korea and to see first-hand what God is doing in the Korean church.  Since seminary I have known many friends and colleagues in the Korean church, which has given me a special hope to experience Korean culture and to learn more about the work of the Spirit in Korea, especially for missions and evangelism.  Having had a wonderful visit there this past week, I will be hoping for further opportunities in the future.
