Title Confusion: A Clarification

A number of readers have emailed to point out that Mike Reeves' book, published in the US as Delighting in the Trinity, is published by IVP in the UK as The Good God, which I have now added to the original post.

I assume that, unlike Sergio Leone's magnificent Western, Once upon a Time in the West and Ridley Scott's Bladerunner, the American version  has not been shortened for reasons I cannot mention here because, hey, as is well know, I am an ethnically sensitive kind of person and do not wish to cause public embarrassment to any nation.
