What Paul has forgotten to mention in his argument for two handed blessing is the importance of the ministry of the Rev. Harry Powell on Levy's understanding of pastoral care.  Here's a clip from one of the famous `How To Be A Both-Hands-On Pastor' videos that the Rev.
