Shepherding: Dr. Timothy Witmer's new book

It is something a record when Westminster Bookstore informs me that Dr Tim Witmer's new book on Shepherding has sold out in 2 days and that the publishers (P & R) are already on a second printing (due next week, but you need to be on a waiting list). Fortunately, I saw this coming and purchased 3 copies (selling now at highly inflated prices since I have grandchildren heading for college in fifteen years). I have interviewed Dr Witmer and the link will appear on this site soon.  The book is an outstanding presentation of how to engage in effective shepherding in a local congregation. I cannot recommend it too highly.
