A Disturbing Sight

It appears that something is not right in the state of Mississippi. I mean, I thought these Brits were known for their fashion forward ways - bright colors (I mean, colours), snazzy ties, borderline effeminate 'dress boots' with monk straps, tweed as far as the eye can see. He'll have a hard time passing through doorways with the size of that hat! I mean, not even Les Miles on game day can compete with what we see here.
