Mohler to Discuss "His Dark Materials" Trilogy and Film

A press release:

LOUISVILLE, Ky, Dec. 3, 2007— Is the upcoming feature film, “The Golden Compass” an anti-Christian movie? Is it, as some critics claim, atheist propaganda disguised as entertainment? Should Christian parents be concerned about their young children seeing the film?  Does the movie capture the intent of Philip Pullman, author of the His Dark Materials trilogy, from which the film is taken?  R. Albert Mohler Jr., host of The Albert Mohler Program, has viewed an early screening of the film, which is scheduled for release December 7. He will address those questions and more today during today’s edition of The Albert Mohler Program.

The Albert Mohler Program is a nationally-syndicated show with the Salem Radio Network that can be heard live at 5pm ET on affiliates across the country.  In addition, the show can also be heard live on XM satellite channel 170 or by streaming webcast at www.AlbertMohler.com.
