Back from Sacramento

I just returned from the first installment of this year's Philadelphia Conference on Reformed Theology, at Immanuel Baptist Church in Sacramento, CA.  It was another classic PCRT!  There were so many highlights, all of them resulting from the Spirit's presence in the preaching of God's Word.  I want to thank Pastor Robert Briggs, our host pastor, and all the great folks who were so enthusiastic for the preached Word and for gathered worship.  Our speakers -- Lig Duncan. Jerry Bridges, Don Carson, and Ken Jones -- were terrific.  But, as is so often the case with the PCRT, it was the lively excitement about the central things in Christianity -- Christ and His Word -- that made it such a thrill.

Now, on to Jackson!
