Yeah, Sanct is on the money as usual.  Back from my three month trip to Sicily at the symposium on `The Emerging Mafia:  Reenvisioning Mindless Criminal Violence for the Post-X Generation' (I gave the lecture on `A Generous Beating: Whacking Rivals in the New Millennium') I too was shocked to read the reveiew of Velvet Elvis.  Time for me to pay a visit to the reviewer to share some time of `fellowship' if you know what I mean.  Seulement pour encourager les autres, as they say down Hackney.
